WHAT A TIRED DAY

7.45 AM...

the clock told me that i was late...

so i ran to the field...

luckily the lecturer was still not there...

then, we had some warm up...

after that, we have to jog around the field...

do you know how far it is?

2.4 kilometres...

it's as same as from IPGKKB to the mart beside the Petronas...
like in JB..
it's as far as from Plaza Angsana to Bay Leaf, Danga Bay...
so after that, we had some exercise...
involving non-locomotor movement..

we had the TKF class..
the thinking skill class...
the lecturer was a woman..
after that, Mathemathics...
on that class i really don't get much attention to the lecturer..
i was busy discussing with Nasrul about the trip to Pangkor..
we found a place...
a very good one..
and the plan becoming more interesting...
